The TANDEMS website only collects information absolutely necessary for providing its services to its visitors. More specifically, we collect data by using cookies to make the website operational. By subscribing to our newsletter you agree to recieve e-mails from us regarding the TANDEMS project. The e-mails are sent via the mailing service provider Mailchimp. We will collect your personal contact details that you provide via the newsletter signup form. They will be transferred to and stored by our mailing platform Mailchimp. We will use this information only to contact you about relevant information about the TANDEMS project and will never forward your personal information to third parties unrelated to this project. You can request your information the be deleted at any time via the contact information provided below. You can unsubscribe to the newsletter by following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.
Chatbot
This website provides access to a chatbot service powered by Zapier Inc., designed to assist users with additional information related to the project. If you choose to use this service, your conversation will be stored for 14 days and then automatically deleted. All conversations are stored anonymously, and no personal data is collected.
Loading the chatbot interface may involve the transfer of your IP address to Zapier. Zapier participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for personal data transfers.
